MR. KIMCHI manufacture Kimchi on the day of order to keep freshness the most therefore once receiving the product, please slightly unscrew the lid to release the natural gas formed by fermentation process and continue to ferment the kimchi to get more natural healthy probiotics by leaving at room temperature for 2-3 days.
Keep Refrigerated (Ideally 0°C-5°C) after fermentation and serve cold. We recommend to consume within 15 days of opening.
