Products need to be refrigerated immediately below 5ºC.

Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed the use-by date.
Meats are suitable for freezing (at -18°C) on the day of delivery to keep them fresh until you’re ready to enjoy!
Use within 1 month after freezing. Defrost fully before use.

INSTRUCTIONS (Cook Time: PAN FRY 10 minutes/ serves 2)
- Bring a frying-pan to medium heat.
- Cook the meat for about 5 minutes and lower the heat, and cook for a further 4-5 minutes until the sauce is reduced. (Please keep an eye on the pan so as not to burn the meat!)
- Put the optional lettuce, meat and ssamjang in order on your palm and gently wrap. Try to have it in one go, as this is very typical Korean culture when eating BBQ!
- You can also enjoy with Kimchi and other assorted vegetables such as sliced garlic, green chilli and spring onions.
Caution: Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.
