INSTRUCTIONS (Cook Time: PAN FRY about 8-10 minutes/ serves 1- 2)
- Bring a frying-pan to high heat.
- Cook the meat for about 2 minutes on each side, and lower the heat to medium and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until the pork belly turns into a wonderful brown colour.
- Put the lettuce, meat and ssamjang in order on your palm and gently wrap. Try to have it in one go, as this is very typical Korean culture when eating BBQ.
- You can also enjoy grilled Kimchi and other assorted vegetables such as sliced garlic, green chilli and spring onions.
