Sharky will be running a virtual Kimchi workshop on Friday 10th December 2021 at 7pm.
This virtual workshop will show you how to make a delicious authentic Korean Kimchi and savoury Kimchi pancake using our kits.
During this workshop, you will learn about the Kimchi fermentation process and the versatility of dishes you can create using Kimchi!
*When demonstrating Vegan Kimchi DIY Kits, Sharky will show how to cut the Chinese leaves and how to brine them. It takes 2 hours for the actual brining process so we will skip this time and show you the brined vegetable that have been pre-made for the workshop and go on to the next stage – making the Kimchi sauce! After finish making the Kimchi, you can simply put the Kimchi in an air-tight container, provided in our package.
Kimchi pancake is one of the most popular dish in Korea. Sharky will demonstrate how to make a delicious Kimchi pancake using our vegan Kimchi pancake kit!
