Subscription Information

Kimchi Subscription offer 15% discount price than the other category products. 15% off price will only be valid to our subscription products. 

Once placing order, we will send your Kimchi every month to fill your fridge with our delicious and healthy Kimchi without a hassle!
Order notification email will be sent to you before the delivery day of your monthly order so you know that it is coming.

If you want to change any details of your order, please allow 48 hours ahead of your delivery day.
After this time your order is already in process and cannot be changed.

You can request your Kimchi to be sent out every 2 months if it is too much for you to consume every month.
Simply leave us a note at the checkout about this so we can put the information on our system!

Subscription Payments

For our subscription products, please use Stripe payment system, not Paypal.
Our system does not receive recurring payments with Paypal so in order to place order successfully, we ask you the pay by Stripe payment.

Stripe payment is a complete safe payment system and accept majority of cards except American Express.

Updating your details

Managing your subscription is easy!
You are in complete control from the account section online, but can always contact our team if you need a hand.

For general changes to your subscription, head to the subscriptions section of your account.
Any cancelled subscriptions will be visible here for reference.
