  • 150 g Fermented Vegan Kimchi
  • 1 Pack of Bruschetta
  • Handful Chives
  • Handful Parsley
  • 2 Salad Tomatoes
  • 2 Scoop Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • Balsamic Glaze Sauce


  • Chop the tomatoes in pieces
  • Chop Chives and Parsley
  • Chop fermented Kimchi in pieces
  • Mix chopped parsley, tomatoes and Kimchi in a bowl
  • Drizzle with olive oil and mix well – this is your topping
  • Spread the cream cheese on Bruschetta
  • Add the topping on top of each Bruschetta
  • Finish it off with a gentle sprinkle with parmesan cheese and chopped chives
