
Kimchi Bruschetta
Perfect starter for great parties
Equipment
- Bowl
Ingredients
- 150 g Fermented Vegan Kimchi
- 1 Pack of Bruschetta
- Handful Chives
- Handful Parsley
- 2 Salad Tomatoes
- 2 Scoop Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
- Balsamic Glaze Sauce
Instructions
- Chop the tomatoes in pieces
- Chop Chives and Parsley
- Chop fermented Kimchi in pieces
- Mix chopped parsley, tomatoes and Kimchi in a bowl
- Drizzle with olive oil and mix well – this is your topping
- Spread the cream cheese on Bruschetta
- Add the topping on top of each Bruschetta
- Finish it off with a gentle sprinkle with parmesan cheese and chopped chives
