Using knowledge and experience of professional cooking to organise and oversee the work of the other members in the kitchen. Manages whole preparation and packaging production line. Making sure clean hygiene in the manufacturing area.

Assisting the Kitchen Manager with the preparation and packaging products. Keeping general hygiene of the unit clean. Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies.

Should have knowledge on Korean foods
Creating sales plans and strategies, analysing data and doing customer management
Needs excellent verbal communication skills (bilingual skills especially Spanish, German, Korean and English)
Needs customer service skills and to be flexible and open to new circumstances.
