mr.kimchi was founded in 2013

Seung Hyun, a.k.a. Sharky has always been dreaming of introducing quality Korean food to international market.

With his mother-in-laws famous Kimchi recipe, he wanted to bring fresh, proper authentic Kimchi that is full of probiotics.

The journey began in a small manufacturing unit in Tooting back in 2013, selling our delicious Kimchi to individual customers, taking products to local markets. It definitely wasn’t easy at first as people were not used to having fermented vegetables back in the days. But there were always people who were really keen on probiotic products and have tasted our Kimchi and amazed by the flavour and health benefits that brought to them!

Since then, we have sold over 500,000 mr. kimchi products all over UK!
